Research Assistant
Jupleen is a driven and analytical second year student in the Behaviour, Cognition, and Neuroscience program. She is passionate about medical research and has a robust foundation in the life sciences. She is particularly interested in understanding the function of specific parts of the brain in relation to memory and behaviour. She is also interested in exploring how cognitive assessments for neurodegenerative disorders can be improved for minority populations. When not involved in her studies, she volunteers with numerous community organizations within the Windsor-Essex region and is committed to crafting initiatives to foster social connections and raise awareness for mental health issues among both seniors and youth. In her spare time, she enjoys travelling, baking, and spending time outdoors.
