AVA O'NEIL

Research Assistant

I am a second-year undergraduate student in the Behaviour, Cognition and Neuroscience program at the University of Windsor and a member of the Outstanding Scholars program. My research interests include exploring how cultural and cognitive factors shape people’s self awareness of memory performance, particularly in relation to metacognitive judgments and everyday memory experiences. Beyond academics, I am passionate about philanthropic work and community engagement through organizations such as Jack.org and Windsor SOS. In my spare time, I enjoy exploring new cultures through travel and expressing my creativity by creating and selling acrylic paintings.
